TESTIMONIALS
"Emma is an excellent therapist, guiding me through my personal journey with warmth and care. Never rushing and yet always mangaing to steer the conversation to those deep insights that allow me to grow."
Jay
"Emma allowed me to explore my anxieties and get to the root causes of how I was feeling. This was done in a safe space and I’m so grateful for being able to talk about anything that was on my mind. Emma provided great support and some really practical tools to explore how I was feeling, which enabled me to feel more accepting. I felt lighter and positive after our sessions!"

"I will start by saying that I truly cannot recommend Emma enough! After long periods of trying to find the right therapist, I came across Emma and I really feel like our work together has been deeply helpful, healing & transformative. To begin with, I felt that Emma brought a genuine kindness, warmth & acceptance to all of our sessions and her insightfulness always made me feel listened to. She always did her utmost to try and understand where I was coming from and gave me the patience & space to really work through my own feelings & experiences. When we began our sessions together, I was experiencing mental health challenges that felt particularly hard. Our sessions really changed my approach to how I tackle difficulties in my own life; areas that initially felt totally overwhelming to me, later felt much less daunting and even manageable! I really credit Emma for lifting me through a difficult period of my life. Aside from being a real source of comfort & support, my biggest takeaway from my sessions is that Emma helped me find a confidence & trust in myself that I didn’t really know was there to begin with. I am now in a place where I can see a real difference in my life & in my progress, and I can’t thank Emma enough for her amazing support!"

"I started talking to Emma about some family and work issues a few months ago. I have had a very positive counselling experience which has helped me very much. Emma's insightful questions and observations helped me organise my thoughts and think about solutions. Emma fosters a thoughtful, engaged and caring environment. I also appreciated her tailored approach which allowed me to direct the way I wanted the therapy to be run."

"Emma supported me through various fertility issues and a subsequent successful, but very anxious pregnancy. The sessions made a huge difference to my mental wellbeing; Emma was very empathetic and perceptive and her approach enabled me to reflect and consider how to move forward. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone in a similar situation."

"I couldn’t have got through all these life events without the safe space Emma gave me to process my thoughts and emotions each week. Emma helped me through the grief of miscarriage and was able to guide me out of a deep depression with her warmth and positivity. She also helped me come to terms with the terminal illness and eventual loss of my mother whilst dealing with the extreme anxiety throughout my pregnancy after loss.
Her gentle approach to counselling made me feel like I was receiving hugs when I needed them the most. My sessions were the reason I was able to cope through all the loss and anxiety, it was not an easy journey but Emma made it a little more achievable and helped me to accept that it was possible to be happy again."
Chloe
"Emma helped me with a myriad of difficulties: miscarriage; donor-assisted conception; caring for elderly parents; relationship issues and career concerns. She was unstinting in her kindness and support and always made me feel heard and understood. She helped me gain perspective on my situation and was a life-line in my darkest moments. I always felt better after talking to her and left our sessions feeling lighter and more able to cope."
